In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing care and support to young people with complex health needs in a newly established children's home near Bishop Auckland. As a Residential Support Professional, you will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality care, focusing on the child's physical and emotional well-being.

  • Support children with daily activities, personal care, and health management.
  • Assist with developing and implementing strategies to promote life skills, emotional development, and behaviour management.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
