Nursing Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Nursing Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents. This includes producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, and overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift.
You will also be responsible for making decisions in a timely manner, utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members, and supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff. You will need to be passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families. You should also be a team player who engages well with others, with a sense of humour and positive outlook. Additionally, you will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels, demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards, and show an understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the role.
