The Recruitment Co. is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our manufacturing team in the Baglan area.

Estimated salary: £12 per hour, or £9,360 per annum for a 15-hour part-time contract.

We are looking for someone who can guarantee a positive corporate image and manage our switchboard service with courtesy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception service and ensure a professional welcome for visitors
  • Coordinate meeting room and boardroom bookings
  • Distribute incoming and outbound mail correctly and promptly
  • Answer calls and transfer them to the correct department or person
  • Sign in visitors and contractors, and print visitor badges as needed
  • Arrange UK employee travel and process invoices for payment
  • Sort and send outgoing post using a franking machine
  • Promote a safe and respectful corporate culture

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience working in an administrative environment.

This position involves working independently and resolving issues using your initiative.
