Administrative Claims Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join our team at an undisclosed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing casework, handling counter and telephone calls, and working flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims and casework, including court orders and fines.
- Handle counter and telephone calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) grades A*-C, or NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or administrative experience.
- Relevant computer skills to undertake the level of work required, including Microsoft Office 2016.
- BPSS + Basic DBS check.
