Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings. You will assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. You will promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals. You will maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar care/support role is desirable but not essential.
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
