Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care, providing essential support in residential settings across Swansea. The role will involve a combination of day shifts, waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily activities in the home and support them in the community.
Provide care to individuals with a variety of needs including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, sensory impairment, and non-verbal communication.
Support individuals with challenging behaviours.
Carry out duties with a focus on promoting independence and well-being.
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours is essential.
Must have experience working with adults with additional needs, including learning disabilities and autism.
Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
