Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Input data onto our tracking system
- Complete and send out client paperwork
- Manage client cases and track their progress
- Manage daily tasks for the office and staff
- Check and upload client documents
- Liaise with solicitors to assist with case progress
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails
- Generate, send, and receive invoices
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all queries are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Organize events, including designing and ordering merchandise and resources
- Represent Remoo Mortgages at networking events
- Manage customer experience, ensuring clients are satisfied, and create a customer journey map to gain client reviews
- Review and improve processing systems
About You:
