Job Title: Child Support Specialist

Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Support Specialist to join their team in the Vale of Glamorgan. This challenging and rewarding position involves working collaboratively with family aides, social care officers, and business support to provide kind, consistent, and child-focused support to families.

About the Role

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and reviewing care for children receiving support, including those on child protection plans.
  • Helping families achieve their goals through consistent, kind, and child-focused support.
  • Supporting families until court proceedings conclude, providing stability throughout.

Requirements
