Clinical Leadership Opportunity
The Transformation Unit is seeking an exceptional Medical Director to lead our clinical team delivering comprehensive CAMHS services. As a seasoned expert in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, you will provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to multidisciplinary teams. Your role will be instrumental in shaping and developing high-quality services that address the diverse needs of children and adolescents.

About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of child mental health principles and practices. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective service models, provide clinical guidance, and contribute to research initiatives. Your ability to inspire and motivate colleagues will be crucial in driving excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and expertise in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality CAMHS services
* Develop and implement effective service models that meet the unique needs of children and adolescents
* Contribute to research and development initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for young people
* Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development

Requirements
* Registered with the GMC as a specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
* Licensed to practice and on the Specialist Register with GMC as a specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
* Strong track record of clinical leadership, teaching, and training
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to commission and develop high-quality services that meet the needs of children and adolescents

Compensation Package
We offer a highly competitive salary range of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
