Product Administrative Assistant

The Recruitment Co. is currently seeking a highly skilled Product Office Assistant to join their client's team in the Baglan area.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to create and maintain technical specifications and bills of material for finished products. The ideal candidate will have experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Main Responsibilities- Create detailed technical documents for products, including raw and auxiliary materials, and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Work closely with the Group Operating Process Office to manage activities related to new product creation, providing the Marketing & Sales Area with production cost information.
- Check, develop, manage, and modify layouts, decorations, and technical characteristics of finished products and their packaging.
- Manage relationships with flexography and printer suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to improve products, materials, and palletizing systems.
- Efficiently manage reference reporting.
- Create production batches.
- Verify production amounts and raw materials used.
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership capability.
- Proactive and organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
The salary for this position is up to £34,700 per annum, depending on experience.
The working hours are full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with a permanent contract.
