About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Apprentice Business Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administration support to the operations team, ensuring the efficient running of our office and helping to process mortgage and insurance cases from application to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the operations team
  • Input data onto our tracking system
  • Complete and send out client paperwork
  • Manage client cases and track their progress
  • Manage the office and staff daily tasks
  • Check and upload client documents
  • Liaise with solicitors to assist with the progress of cases
  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails
  • Generate, send, and receive invoices
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all queries are answered in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize events, including designing and ordering merchandise and resources
  • Attend networking events, representing Remoo Mortgages
  • Manage customer experience, ensuring clients are satisfied, including creating a customer journey map and gaining client reviews
  • Review and improve processing systems
  • Recommend mortgage products

Requirements

  • A Level's or equivalent desirable
  • Significant experience in business administration
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and use initiative to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain records in an efficient manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and co-workers
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
