About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide diary management and coordination services to senior managers
- Take minutes and notes during meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and action logs
- Assist with the creation of presentations and documents
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
