Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Reception Administrator to join our team at Itec Skills and Employment. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer calls, ensuring all messages are passed to the relevant team members in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy, maintaining a professional atmosphere for our visitors.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and faxing, to support the team's administrative tasks.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing bookings and supporting the learner allowance process.
  • Receive visitors in a courteous and friendly manner, providing a warm welcome to our center.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of two GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C and above). You will also need to be an excellent communicator and have a strong attention to detail.
