We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at our Glennfield Care Home in Wisbech, Cambridge. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.
About the Role:- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring the health and well-being of our residents, and working closely with other nurses to achieve outstanding care outcomes.
- You will be involved in creating person-centered care plans and risk assessments, which will require regular updates and reviews.
- Your passion for working with older people and excellent interpersonal and communication skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Requirements:
- A valid UK NMC Pin number.
- Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including NMC and CQC.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse.
