Job Summary:
This exciting opportunity as a UK Registered Nurse at Excelcare Holdings involves working collaboratively with experienced professionals to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring the care team's performance, and adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accurate and safe administration of medications
- Maintaining a high level of care by monitoring the care teams' practice
- Working within the guidelines of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
- Crafting personalized care plans and risk assessments to enhance patient outcomes
- Fostering meaningful relationships with residents through engaging activities and promoting their autonomy, dignity, and respect
Requirements:
- A valid UK NMC registration
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (NMC and CQC)
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with seniors
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a caring, empathetic, and professional approach

Compensation Details:
The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary of up to £59,155 or £23.70 per hour (excluding breaks), demonstrating the company's dedication to recruiting and retaining skilled professionals in the healthcare sector.
