We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our team at our children's home in Wisbech. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Position:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the home, including supervising staff, maintaining records, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a related field, such as social work or nursing, and have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave allowance.
