We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Edina Court HWC in Wisbech.
About the Role:This is a permanent, part-time opportunity for 20 hours per week. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a comfortable, safe, and hygienic environment for residents and staff alike.
You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes respect, care, and support for our residents. While experience is desirable, we place greater emphasis on your respect for older people and willingness to undertake training.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful living environment, promoting dignity and independence among residents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
