Bookkeeping Specialist

This role is a great opportunity to join ProTalent Limited, an established and forward-thinking accountancy firm based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from either the central office, a satellite location just outside the city centre, or from home.

The ideal candidate will have experience with VAT Returns and CIS, although training can be provided for CIS if required. The company values its employees and offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.

With a diverse range of clients, including those with turnovers up to £110 million, this role presents a chance to gain valuable bookkeeping experience and work with multiple platforms such as Xero and QuickBooks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bookkeeping duties for various clients
• VAT Returns preparation
• Working with multiple software platforms
• Supporting clients with bookkeeping and software queries
• Payroll journals management

A salary of approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered for this part-time position, which can be adjusted according to the selected schedule.
