We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Glennfield Care Home in Wisbech, Cambridge. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
About the Role:- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, respect, and well-being are maintained at all times.
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
- Your expertise and experience will enable you to make safe clinical decisions, administer medication, and monitor the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide person-centered care that promotes independence, choice, and dignity.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding care outcomes.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
