Your Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, focusing on promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life. Your duties may include:
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to individual needs and preferences
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Participating in person-centered care planning and reviews

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £23,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
