About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Part Time Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Community Services Ltd.

As a Female Part Time Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues to lead fulfilling and satisfying lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of support workers to enable service users to achieve their goals.
  • Act as a role model for staff, promoting a culture of understanding and respect for service users.
  • Engage with service users and staff to identify opportunities for improvement and implement individual support plans.
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and other stakeholders while respecting confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults and commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
