Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, who require support with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with physical disabilities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores
  • Support clients with cognitive impairments, including dementia, and provide emotional support and companionship
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure and a full, clean UK driving license
