Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Field View Care Recruitment Solutions in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults with emotional and behavioral disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young adults with EBD and challenging behaviors
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and supportive environment
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Full-time position with flexible hours, including shifts and sleep-ins
  • Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check and ability to work with vulnerable individuals
  • Experience working with children and young adults with EBD and challenging behaviors
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 (increasing to £15 after probation and £16 after 2 years service)
