About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Part Time Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to lead fulfilling and satisfying lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care.
  • Act as a role model for staff, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
  • Engage with service users and staff to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide exceptional care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults and commitment to safeguarding.
