Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at CareTech UK. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to lead fulfilling and satisfying lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and lead a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support.
  • To act as a role model for staff, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • To participate in the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring the needs of our service users are met.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality care service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The passion to work with vulnerable adults and a commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
