We are seeking a skilled Paralegal Assistant for Conveyancers to join our client's team in Ewell, Surrey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting conveyancers with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take their career to the next level.
Job Description
As a Paralegal Assistant for Conveyancers, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting conveyancers with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system
- Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
- Administering filing systems, including daily filing and storage of client files
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years' experience in a conveyancing setting
- Excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing
- Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation
