Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Facilities Administrator to provide key support to our Facilities team and wider office at Bidwells in Trumpington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager
  • Ordering of refreshment supplies for employees and meeting rooms
  • Ordering and stock control of office supplies including stationery, print and catering
  • Coordinating the collection and receipt of keys for clients and contractors as required
  • Work on Front of House including meeting and greeting of all visitors to the Cambridge office
  • Answering and transferring of all switchboard calls
  • Sorting and distribution of all incoming post in the morning and collection and franking of all outgoing post in the evening
  • Recording of all cheques received
  • Arrangement of UK and international couriers, cars and taxi bookings
  • Assisting with corporate hospitality provision as required and covering for absence
  • Management of bookings of pool cars and bikes
  • Maintaining staff car registration details and issuing of permits

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office including word, excel and outlook
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
