Purchasing and Accounts Payable Coordinator

Elior UK is seeking an experienced Purchasing and Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. As a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and experience working in an automated processing environment. They will be expected to manage a portfolio of suppliers, ensure invoices are reconciled on a monthly basis, and support robotic processes as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate purchasing activities and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
- Reconcile supplier invoices on a monthly basis and provide analysis/escalation where applicable.
- Support robotic processes across the Accounts Payable area and escalate any risks/errors where applicable.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
