About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced EMEA Accounts Payable Coordinator looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for accounting and a keen eye for detail? If so, this exciting opportunity may be just what you're looking for.

As a key member of the Accounts Payable Team, you will be responsible for coordinating the processing of invoices and maintaining supplier accounts. With a strong understanding of purchase ledger functions and Microsoft Dynamics (D365), you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Processing of invoices and maintaining supplier accounts, including assistance with investigation and resolution of aged transactions.
  2. Assisting with monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Providing ad hoc reporting as required to the Accounts Payable Team Leader EMEA.
  4. Identifying and flagging any issues promptly to the senior team.
