Coordination of Payable Accounts Role at BioTalent Ltd

BioTalent Ltd, a pioneering diagnostics services company, is searching for a dedicated Payable Account Coordinator to fill a 12-month fixed-term position. This key role entails ensuring the precision and swiftness of our financial procedures, as well as providing substantial assistance to the finance team.

Main Tasks:

  • Oversee the maintenance of payable accounts, guaranteeing all invoices are processed in due time.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of payable accounts to quickly identify and address discrepancies.
  • Participate in the development of a robust credit management process to promote efficient client payment practices.
  • Support the generation of accurate and timely financial reports detailing payables and receivables.
  • Liaise closely with internal audit teams to maintain data integrity and adherance to organizational policies.
  • Supply necessary administrative support to the finance team as requested.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating payable accounts and implementing credit control measures.
  • Detailed familiarity with accounting systems and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • An exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to handle diverse priorities within a rapidly evolving environment.
