Job Title: Help Desk Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Help Desk Coordinator. As the first point of contact for clients and contractors, you will be responsible for supporting them with queries, inputting new jobs onto the in-house system, and ensuring that jobs are completed within the desired time frame.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and previous experience from a customer service background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working to KPI's
  • Supporting clients and contractors with queries
  • Inputting new jobs onto the in-house system
  • Responding to phone calls and ensuring jobs are completed in the desired time frame
  • Chasing contractors for updates
  • Arranging for quotes and processing invoices for completed jobs
