Pajes is seeking a highly experienced and passionate SENCO to join our team at Menorah Primary Schools Federation. As an SENCO, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and management of high-quality provision for learners with Special Educational Needs.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure that every child who requires additional support reaches their full potential. Your key responsibilities will include devising strategies to promote inclusive education, designing and delivering targeted interventions, and providing guidance to colleagues on effective SEN practices.

**What We Offer:**

Our successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for continued training and career advancement.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in teaching and SEN, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A degree in a relevant field and a valid DBS check are also essential.
