About the Role

We are seeking passionate educators to join our team as Primary Teachers, SEN Teaching Assistants, and Teaching Assistants for supply teaching roles in primary schools across the region.

The successful candidates will be working in partnership with a prominent Trust managing a range of primary schools, making a positive impact in classrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualified Teacher Status or experience in UK primary schools.
  • Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in a primary school setting.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in supporting children's learning and development.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is between £90-150 per day depending on the role.

Pay scales include:

  • Unqualified Teachers: £90-120 per day
  • MPS Teachers: £120-150 per day
  • UPS Teachers: £150-180 per day
  • Cover Supervisors (Day-to-Day): £90-120 per day
  • Supply Teachers (Day-to-Day): £120-150 per day (long terms we try to negotiate to scale with the school)
  • Teaching Assistants (TAs) (Day-to-Day): £80-85 per day
  • SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs): £85-95 per day
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs): £90-110 per day
