The successful candidate will develop and deliver operational capability and commitment that ensures the team produces outstanding student success.

• Assign specific areas of responsibility to HQLs, considering factors like programme size and manageable spans of control.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing curriculum areas and developing operational capabilities. A strong understanding of teaching, learning, and assessment practices is essential.
