Engineering Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Services Manager - Infrastructure Maintenance to lead our engineering team in delivering high-quality maintenance services across various infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget and quality requirements.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement project plans to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Lead a team of engineers in the provision of support services.
- Maintain high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND with suitable additional experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to deliver engineering projects across a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment.
- Leading the delivery of engineering services across the life of an asset.
- Project, Contract, and Engineering Management Experience with knowledge of CDM.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary package of £58,150 - £83,000 (dependent on experience).
- A 9-day working fortnight, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
- 208 hours of holiday each year (equal to at least 25 days leave) plus Bank Holidays.
