Lead Electrical Services Manager

We are seeking a talented Lead Electrical Services Manager to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our engineering services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical services to support our business operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and direction to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be required to develop and implement strategies to improve electrical services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Based at our Aldermaston site in Berkshire, this role offers a competitive salary of £63,419 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results. You will also need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex engineering concepts to stakeholders.
