About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our global brokerage team as an Insurance Account Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient and flexible manner, supporting your peers to meet client demands and achieve both renewal retention and growth rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control the renewal process for clients, gathering information and communicating effectively to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying and pursuing new business leads, using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolving issues efficiently and escalating concerns to the relevant teams.
  • Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, using your sound judgment to recommend solutions that meet client objectives.
About You
  • You hold or are working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification, such as Dip CII or Cert CII.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, with a solid understanding of the client market and insurance industry network.
  • You possess excellent client service focus, with a customer-centric approach and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • You are a team player, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn and develop your skills and expertise.
  • You are eligible to work in the UK and have a valid right to work in the country.
