About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk Management Specialist to join our Global Brokerage Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient and flexible manner, supporting your peers to meet client demands and achieve both renewal retention and growth rates.

The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and business-focused, with excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of general insurance products and services. You will be responsible for controlling the renewal process for your clients, gathering information from clients and prospects, and maintaining and growing your book of business.

About You
  • You will hold or be working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/Cert CII
  • You will have a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, classes of insurance, and the London Market, Lloyds, and industry
  • You will have excellent client service focus, with the ability to generate and drive new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be able to actively deal with ambiguity and have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • You will be eligible to work in the UK
