Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pick for Britain. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys office work, has excellent communication skills, and can multitask with ease.
About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly, ensuring professional communication with customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for site visits and installations.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge or experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus but not required.
Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
