Equine Secretary Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Equine Secretary to join our team in Newbury. The ideal candidate will have excellent equine knowledge and strong communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing client payments, and managing patient admissions. They will also prepare cost estimates for services, handle client correspondence, and coordinate referrals.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent equine knowledge and understanding of veterinary practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will benefit from:
