Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Maternity Admin Team as the Patient Access Team Leader.

Working primarily to support and manage the administrative Team responsible for the booking of Midwifery, Ultrasound, & Obstetric appointments including patients under the care of our Fetal & Maternal Medicine Unit which cares for patients with high risk pregnancies.

Main Duties
  1. Supporting the delivery of the daily operational business of Outpatient Administration & Medical Record Management
  2. Offering a supporting role to both the Service Manager and Operational Services Manager
  3. Identifying pressures and making recommendations on corrective actions required
  4. Supporting the Service Manager to resolve day to day management issues
  5. Ensuring a high quality patient experience is delivered
