About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our team at Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital. As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality diagnostic imaging service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload, working in the department, on the ward, and in theatre.
  • Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of practice.
  • Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion, meeting the needs of our patients and their families.
Requirements
  • BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification.
  • High levels of technical knowledge and experience in a similar role.
  • Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification (ideally).
