Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fire alarm services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our fire alarm technicians to ensure that all jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our fire alarm services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services and to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a field operations management role, preferably in the fire and security industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
