Relief Support Specialist

Salary: £11.55 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a Relief Support Specialist to join our team at Hinde House in Norwich. As a Relief Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers during their stay.

You will work closely with our customers to identify their needs and provide support to help them achieve their goals. This may involve supporting them to manage risk, responding to any concerns or behaviors that may be causing risk or breaching occupancy agreements, and undertaking building health and safety checks throughout the night.

In addition, you will be responsible for cleaning communal areas, preparing rooms for relet, and managing visitors who come to the service. You will also spend time getting to know our customers and being a point of contact for them if they need support during the night.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of working in a customer-facing environment, dealing with difficult and complex situations
  • Previous experience of working alongside vulnerable customers is desirable
  • Experience working within a team and independently
