**Job Summary**

Paula Berwick T/A Northants Recruit is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Head of Administration in managing day-to-day operations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process booking administration, including sending joining instructions and posting certificates
  • Liaise with training providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide re-scheduling and cancellation support to customers
  • Update details on our website and maintain accurate records
  • Perform data entry and daily administration tasks
  • Manage credit control and ensure timely payment from customers

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general administration role is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands-on and customer-centric approach
  • Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but also take instruction
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Competent user of IT systems and software
