About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in coordinating activities between our clients and training providers, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Training Enquiries: Efficiently handle training inquiries and booking requests from clients, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance on our extensive training portfolio and related industry certification schemes.
  • Schedule Training: Liaise with training providers to schedule and support training activities.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction to secure repeat and expansion business.
  • Meet SLA Targets: Meet and surpass relevant service level agreement (SLA) targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with full training provided.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge or experience in the construction and/or training/education sector is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptability: Responsive to a fast-changing environment.
  • IT Skills: Competent in using IT systems and software.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 and Friday 08:00 – 17:00, with a flexible approach to accommodate business needs.
