Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Paula Berwick T/A Northants Recruit. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, overseeing support and training to our client, and identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
- Oversee support and training to our client to ensure success
- Identify and onboard new channel partners
- Collaborate with all teams to align their requirements with support available
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Ongoing review of annual spend to achieve rebates, channel partner budgets, and forecasts
- Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel partners/suppliers
- Provide support and guidance to our clients on product and solution offerings
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a busy administration department
- Purchasing experience
- Excellent Ms Office suite skills
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Good attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Good verbal and personal communication skills
- Tolerant and flexible to different situations
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday (1hr unpaid lunch) 08:00 - 16:30 Friday (1/2 unpaid lunch)
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: Subject to experience
Holiday: 25 Days per annum, plus bank holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for a shutdown at Christmas)
