  • Manage training inquiries and booking requests from clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share.
  • Offer advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes.
  • Gather information regarding client requirements and source relevant training courses based on the requirements provided.
  • Sell the solution to the customer and establish potential future needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business.
  • Meet and surpass any relevant role-related SLA targets and KPIs.
  • Liaise with training providers to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Provide re-scheduling and cancellation support to clients.
  • Pro-actively develop key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Update details on our website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process dedicated inquiries and provide after-sales support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general sales role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given.
  • Knowledge or experience of the construction and/or training/education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications.
  • Ability to deliver in a highly targeted sales role.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands-on and customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction.
  • Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organized and plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Competent user of IT systems and software.
