About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in coordinating activities between our clients and training providers, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Training Enquiries: Efficiently handle training inquiries and booking requests from clients, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share.
  • Provide Expertise: Offer advice and guidance on our extensive training portfolio and related industry certification schemes, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Schedule Training: Liaise with training providers to schedule and support training activities, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and surpassing relevant service level agreement (SLA) targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Key Account Development: Proactively develop key accounts and update details on our website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Enquiry Processing: Provide dedicated enquiry processing and after-sales support, ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work well within a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT Skills: Competent in using IT systems and software, with a strong understanding of technology.
  • Education: Relevant education or experience in the construction and/or training/education sector is beneficial.
