About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Recruitment Helpdesk. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Contracts: Organize and manage planned maintenance works, be a key point of contact for clients, and prepare client reporting for external and internal review.
  • Parts Sourcing: Source spare parts from various suppliers and engineers, provide estimates, and follow up with clients.
  • General Administration: Provide general service team administration support, communicate and collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are delivered according to priority.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient in Office 365, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
